“I purchased a jacket a few yrs ago say 4 it cost me £89.99 and after only a week or so the stitching started to come away amongst other faults I vowed then never to buy another superdry jacket, until a month ago they had a big sale so I went against my own morals and bought another, well low and behold the same again , there was a big tare in the inside of the inside pocket, the stitching on the arm has started to come away and not just a little bit, cmon superdry get your act together ,for the price you charge id expect a little more than poor qaulity clothing as thats all your providing to your customers and your customer service isnt much better. 😔”

“Do not buy thier sunglasses. The hinges disintegrate on touch. I treated my 30£ super dry sunglasses like I do my 130£ Carrer sunglasses so very carefully. Even my 5£ glasses I throw around and don’t care for are far more superior to the superdry sunglasses. It is not the screw it’s the actual plastic on the hindge. No quality control very shoddily made. Because I am away I can’t even get them replaced or a refund.”

“We love Superdry Windcheaters so this week placed 2 consecutive orders from sale. Dutifully paid via PayPal. Money has been refunded on both men’s windcheaters without explanation. (1 within 60 mins of placing the order.). Windcheaters still advertised on line and definitely nothing wrong with our credit rating or account. Most odd but not good customer service. Makes people worried what is going on.”

“Returned an item 4 weeks ago. Still no refund. No one answers calls or emails. I'm really shocked at how abysmal customer service is. I wish I could give minus 5 stars. It's well deserved.”

“Superdry £10 fake email promotion. Superdry has given me £10 on my email.When I order a T-shirt using the promotion and paid partially tough my credit card ,they had cancelled the order after 3 days saying Product is not available. And they removed £10 promotion from my email as well.This is 100% cheating strategy by SuperDry. How they are accepting the order is the product is not available. I have order the same T-shirt from my friends account and paid fully through my credit card without any promotion then they have delivered the order without any issue. Below are the order details. “Non existent customer service awful company to deal with i ordered 3 items online & returned 1 to my local store still waiting for refund 10 days later. Nobody answers phones or returns emails staff within stores are no help either & are just not interested. I am in the process of reporting them to the CMA i am also going to instruct my credit card to do a chargeback.”

“Ordered 2 polo shirts weeks ago. Received o e of them. Still waiting for the other. Tracking parc doesn't help, speaking to the 'chat bot' is a waste of time. Called help line and selected option for deliveries. Got message 'thank you for your call, goodbye'.”

“Order 4 items and they have not arrived, cannot get through to customer service and no replies to my two emails, very poor service and they have now lost seven customers through me, if the items arrive they can have them back, I will have my money back, avoid buying on the internet from Super-dry.”

“I wish there was an option here to give ZERO and write review. Ordered in the month of December, not received the product nor refund.. every time there answer( call and mail which they barely respond) is 2 days 2 days.. but it’s not ending.. Pathetic customer service.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM. They are labeling sizes incorrectly. I bought 3 "XL" tank tops...1 of them fit perfectly...and the other 2 were skin tight. ALL WERE THE SAME "SIZE". I contacted customer service..took them about a month to get back to me.... and they nicely told me to shove it. I've been buying from this company for years. What a terrible way to handle loyal customers when retail is obviously taking a huge hit right now. Will never shop from you again.”

“I made an order in Superdry official store on ebay, they gave me a tracking number and a few days later, after I checking the tracking number, I saw a message that there were some problems with the documents and my parcel is returned to the sender. I contacted support, asked what the problem was, and didn't get any good response. I asked to send my purchase again, but was told that they can only refund the money as soon as the parcel is returned to them. I didn't understand why I should wait for my money back because someone couldn't fill out the shipping documents correctly, and left a negative review on ebay. As soon as I did this, I received a full refund. I wrote to the store's support on facebook, and asked if I could make this order again, and if everything would be ok this time. I was assured that everything would be fine, and when I asked them about a possible discount for the inconvenience, I received a -20% coupon. I ordered again, and guess what, the same thing. The parcel is returned to the seller again due to the same problems with documents. I again asked to send my order again, and received a response that the parcel was allegedly lost, there are no more sliders available, and they can only refund the money. I just wanted to buy flip-flops for the summer, but I got a lot of lost time and lost a little on converting currencies into euros. One of my worst shopping experiences. Not recommend.”

“Ordered size xxxl but when it turned up it was xxl...I payed extra for next day delivery...so I email to complain and you say that since my order has been delivered I cant get a refund on my payment for next day delivery....like I knew the size you was going to send me was wrong..ridiculous”

“I purchased an item which was faulty but its over 28 days old so I tryed to speak to the customer service Waited an hour on the phone without speaking to anyone then made 3 further calls left my details and guess what no call back You're customer service isn't really worth 1 star I am extremely disappointed”
