I bought a bag from your website at 50 percent off and prepared for the same and order was confirmed now I receive a message stating that we cannot deliver your order as it's not in stock we have process your refund I want that bag why would I take your refund it was a gift for some occasion but you guys ruined it now I don't want refund I want the product or else I'll go to consumer court.

I wouldn't order online they can't send you what you order like you order a xxl and they will send a l an it's impossible to get customerservice

A horrible experience, avoid for the sake of a cheap coat. Most people are used to 30 days and they know this so set a deliberately (but of course JUST legal) returns policy of 14 days. In short they are no better than thieves with this. Surprise surprise is no customer service number and surprise surprise they do not tell you this on the receipt. Avoid all this hassle for the sake of an average, cheap piece of clothing.

I returned a pair of jeans that I ordered online. I went to the store to return them, I got some of my money back a few days after returning but not all of it (the delivery cost refund) I'm confused why they missed the delivery refund out. And it is very hard to contact them, I'm very disappointed as I never thought something like this could happen with such a popular store!

If I could give less than this I absolutely would. The online customer service was completely ridiculous. My initial order was placed on 3rd February and after so much back and forth, 3 orders down the line I still don’t have what is advertised on the website. I feel as though they’ve fobbed me off since the beginning because I keep getting told someone’s looking into it and no one actually reaches out to me - I have to chase it. The items are great but if you have any issues with it they’re a nightmare to speak to. I’ve dealt with a number of companies and this is close enough to the level of service you would get from a 1 star company. I've worked in customer service myself and would never think of addressing a situation in the way they have. As a result, I will no longer be investing my money into this company, to avoid being belittled by their customer service that have no respect in the slightest.

Just purchased £400 worth of cloths but put the wrong postcode!! I then realised that there is no phone number , chat room was closed - all help info said you can't cancel or update your address. If I don't receive goods then I will need to claim back through credit card - Not a nice experience and I thought they were a good brand - NOT NOW

I tried so many times to contact them simply to ask them if the jacket I had purchased was mens or womens, because it said nowhere which it was. I waited on hold in chat for 40 mins, the whole time being 3rd in the queue.. I never got through. So I sent an email asking and got no reply for days. So I wrote again and received a reply stating that they are busy and will reply in 14 days so don't send them another email!! I just want a simple answer! I sent photo of jacket and the tags and it takes 14 fkn days to answer!! But one day to tell me to not write again

Poor customer service. I had purchased a Superdry watch for my son at the Airport in the Duty Free Shop all the way in Trinidad. I put the watch on him soon after the purchase while we were waiting for our flight back to North America. When we arrived our destination, I noticed the watch band that was plastic, was broken, it was a clean break. My son was sleeping all the way home on the plane, and was very upset to the realisation. I contacted Superdry via email to see how I can get a replacement band and their response was because I made the purchase at a third party venue I would have to contact the third party venue! No where on the packaging did it specify the warranty is null and void if purchased somewhere other than online or in one of their shops. They didn't even bother to provide me with a recommendation of where or how I can get another band for the watch! Hopefully, this experience won't happen to anyone else. Very disappointed. If you are going to make a Superdry purchase, make sure you get it from the actual store, unless you don't care about the warranty. Why advertise about a warranty if it's not gonna be honored.

Refund and customer service bad Had hoodie delivered via Hermes who in our area are excellent thought would have no issues returning. Had to use locker service to return no super dry listed. Had to use clipper logistics ! Been now 6 weeks no refund. Cannot speak to no one !!

Ordered a pair of ladies shoes from the Superdrystore UK in size 4 from this company they arrived today one size 4 one size 5 attached and as a pair, obviously counterfeit and made in Asia They looked poorly made and not in a box as per the description on the eBay superdrystore This is extremely worrying as it looks like they are selling and distributing counterfeit goods Contacted them via eBay and they didn't help at all, didn't even offer a refund It's extremely hard to get your money back and they won't send the correct pair out which is just disgraceful Beware of this company I'm going to report them to trading standards UK

Terrible sizing with this company ..you check the sizing online .then order then it comes back too small you check and find out that Superdry , comes up small ; ..its either a 44 or its not ..iy should not be a small 44 ...just a 44..never again ...sent stuff back twice now ...

Be very careful if you choose to buy Xmas presents from Superdry as they will not exchange products that are still in the sealed box for a different size without a receipt. We were forced to buy the bigger size. On taking this up with Uk customer services we were offered a £10 voucher against a future purchase. Hopefully superdry will go the same way as a other brands charging premium prices but neglecting basic customer service

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING! I was told by the Rushden branch that the coat I wanted was out of stock everywhere so ordered it online. When the recipe was emailed it stated a delivery time of 10-12 days which was too long because my godson will have left home by then. I Called the Cambridge store and they said they had one and would save it for me. Tried to cancel my online order and was told I couldn’t because it had already been shipped (30 mins after placing) and they couldn’t change the delivery address. Really poor customer service!

The site said sorry your payment didn't go through. Credit card company says different. Can't call them, chat says sorry no chat. Bad service and bad business practices

They sent me the wrong item and I requested an exchange by returning the item. Afterwards, they processed a refund for me?! Now, the item is at original price which I bought it in the discounted price....

I visited Bluewater store recently with my friend who is in a wheelchair, the wheelchair assess is awful had so much trouble getting round we leave angry and empty handed, had planned to get joggers and jacket for my son but the lack of assess upset us

I really don't recommend it. The ordered parcels do not arrive, there is no refund and contact with customer service is a nightmare, no one answers.
