I also would like to know if it is against the terms and conditions to offer money for good feedback (since Superfood Market did specifically request good feedback) as I contacted Trustpilot last week when I was first prompted to leave feedback for a chance at winning £250 and have heard absolutely nothing from them. I can only assume Trustpilot can’t be trusted. What’s the case here?
Is it legal for this company to offer incentives for good reviews on a weekly basis? They offer a £250 voucher for the 'best' review, which is why the sudden influx on your site. Last week it was to write on Trust Pilot, this week reviews.io
