“Someone knock down my stockade fence by driving into it. I called Superior Fence and Rails and set up a date for my fence to be repaired. The two gentlemen came out to install my new fence, Rob and Jim. They were very polite and eager to please. When they finished my fence repairs, it was better than the original fence that was there. I almost cried because the damaged fence was gone and now it was so beautiful to look at. Rob and Jim are very professional well mannered and considerate. Thank you to Rob and Jim, you both are very awesome and I will be referring others to Superior Fence and Rails! You guys are the best! I am giving This fence company a 5 star rating!”

“Our fence wasent spaced corectly by the first installer which the company noticed came out 2 times to correct. Technically the boards needed to be redone instead they cut a board to fit the gap. So in the end the boards look worse. Tried to upload a photo but it wont load”

“Had 11:00 appointment maybe as late as 12:30. No show! No calls! Nothing. Left message. No reply! Called a week later to respond. Bad customer service. TOO LATE. I moved on and got good service. Stay away!!”

“Had a $3,377 fence install. The fence door will not close. I called them in August, Sept, and 3 times in October 2024. They will not answer. I had to leave a message every time I called.”

“The company accels in fence installation. Perfectly straight and well built. Highly recommended for fences. Driveway gates are another subject all together. Superior does NOT build their gates, they use a third-party fabricator that IMO, as an engineer, does not understand overhung loads. They say fences under 12' use 1/8" thick poles for support! This is wrong, maybe a 100 lb. 12' fence but NEVER a 350 lb. 10' fence. These fabricators have NO engineering sense what-so-ever. They built the gate supports flimsy. The poles holding the 10' 350 lb. gates are made of 1/8" aluminum. A 40 MPH gust ripped the self-tapped screws out of the hinges. These poles should have been made out of 1/4" stainless and put in the ground a MIN of 3'. Instead, they put the poles a measly 2 ft. down and only used 6" dia. of cement. A MIN of 12" dia. cement should have been used. They said the wind was an "act of God" and would not warranty the damage. So as an engineer that hand built my own house, I fixed what they should have done under warranty. I installed cross cable ties with turn buckles to hold the weight and eventually will add cement to the bases. See attached pics. A new bolt and nut replaced the ripped-out the self-tap flimsy bolt. The cross ties are made of 1/4" stainless. Do it right or don't do it. That is my motto. I just wish more companies would use this motto instead of do it as fast and cheap as possible to make more profit.”

“We just have a new vinyl front gate and front put in to replace a wooden fence we've had for 17 years. The sales person, Carrie did a great job of outlining the work and we were very pleased with pricing. The install crew did a great job of making sure that the fence was level all across the top ( we had uneven ground to deal with) and got our final approval of everything before they left when they were finished. They were polite and neat and tidy with the work! We are thrilled!”

“I recent had them do a project at my house. From my salesman Todd, to my scheduler Maria to my installer Mike I was very impressed with their commitment to ensure I was happy. They don't start a project until everyone is on the same page and they don't consider the project complete until I signed off with my satisfaction. I am not easily impressed and I most certainly was with them team I worked with.”

“We allowed for family issues to pass over the winter. Paul was suppose to donors work for us on already discussed projects. I’ve tried contacting him more than 10 times since mid March on follow up on suggested projects. Spoke to him on because he says he doesn’t look at his e- mails too often. Tried calling him over 10 Times… straight to voice mail. Left 10 messages on voice mail. As of this Friday if no response, have no choice but to look for another contractor since summer pool season is almost here and I’ve been trying since mid March to see his schedule in fitting us in which doesn’t look positive at this time. Too bad.”
