“Our installer - Jose - arrived and I was concerned because it was him alone. I was concerned because of his size and the size of the old fence panels. That was NOT a problem. He did the job by himself. His work was excellent and he left the yard with no debris behind. I would recommend this company and him in particular to anyone. If all of the installers are like him, this company is great!”

“From start to finish very professional and made us feel that we were a priority. The quality of the fence is exceptional and the time that it took for them was a two day turnaround. It was amazing to see the way that they took the old fencing down and put the new one up. The gates that they put up were made from steel reinforced wood frames and will last for a very long time. “Jose' and Manuel were very professional and took pride in the fence they installed at our home. They worked neatly and continuously until the job was completed. They were very polite as was the office staff and Mark their sales representative. Everything went smooth and we are very satisfied with the new fence as are our two great danes that we purchased the fence for. Thank you and we recommend your company highly.”

“Our experience with the Oviedo office was positive from start to finish. Estimator Josh answered all our questions and was very helpful in planning the installation, Tim and Eddie were 2 of the 3 crew who installed the fence. They were here in a timely manner, polite and did a good job. The office staff we dealt with have been very courteous and efficient. Our installation from start to finish took 3 weeks.”

“This company is a pleasure to work with, from the sales team to the construction team. Each and every person we dealt with were courteous, helpful, professional and went out of their way to work with us and make us happy. The finished product is amazing. We have had so many compliments from our neighbors and guests. The work was accomplished efficiently and quickly with no evidence of 'construction' when they were done. Everything was cleaned up and amazing when complete. This was our second opportunity to use Superior Fence and Rail and we would use them again and recommend them to everyone.”

“We shopped around to get the best price and quality aluminum fence. The consultation was very informative and explained the process in great detail. I wanted the fence to follow the slope of my yard (unlike some of my neighbors who used other installers) and Fili did an AWESOME job doing just that. Even with the slope it is installed straight as an arrow. I asked him questions throughout the installation process and he answered every one of them with ease. He even made sure that I knew that each aluminum post was set in 60 pounds of concrete. Once he finished he cleaned up so well it looked like the fence was there all along. The entire process from scheduling the consultation to the follow up phone call and email with Carol went extremely well. I would definitely recommend them.”

“These guys were great! Our yard has a pretty significant dip in the back and they did a great job getting the fence level. They were professional, prompt, have a great communication and most importantly stand behind their company (product and installation).”
