“The chairs themselves are great! They look great and are very durable. However, the delivery broker you used was a abysmal. We paid for extra employees to be on hand for the delivery. They called to give us a time frame, but then on the day of delivery, they called to say the driver had broken down and it would be a few hours. They promised to call back with updates—but they never did. I had to call them, and when I told them I couldn't keep employees here after 2pm for a delivery that was supposed to arrive between 9am-11am, the representative just scoffed and said they'd call me back. They never did, and the driver never showed up. The next day, they finally called around 11am. So, I had to bring in more staff again to unload the chairs. The broker said he'd be there in a few hours and would call me to follow up. Guess what? He never called. The driver finally showed up at 1:50pm, which meant I paid for staff to sit around all day waiting. It was incredibly inconvenient and ended up costing me way more than I had planned.”

“We have used Superior seating for 3 of our restaurants. We have purchased chairs, out door furniture and custom booths. The craftsmenship on our booths is excellent. Candie has been our rep on all of our purchases and she is AMAZING!! She is so nice, helful and informative. We love working with Candie. Highly recommend!!”

“Was told I had to figure something out when I explained I was a one man operation in terms of unloading my seating - thankfully the driver assisted. One of my booths also came without enough screws to finish building it.”
