“Ordered 30x30 5pcs, 24x30 9 pcs, delivered wrong size all are 24x30 waited for few weeks for the replacement, when the delivered the replacement, one of the top have crack or scratch on it, the warehouse called it an open grain, and won't replace the top, I pay for a new top and i'm supposed to get a nice good top not with an open grain "I am truly sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. I was not able to obtain the approval to replace the top for you at this time. The stain of the top is in the open grain."”

“The names says it all. We ordered Bar stools a month ago and we received them within 4 weeks. The freight cost was more than reasonable. Our experience with other vendors has been the complete opposite - some made us wait 6 months or more, substituted for an inferior product and charged thousands for freight. I wish I knew about Superior Seating all along- that would have made our lives so much happier. This company is prompt, courteous and delivers. Most of all- our bar stools are beautiful.”

“Snake oil & wolf tickets here folks. They hide behind high shipping costs on low dollar items so when they send the wrong items it cost more in shipping than the items in question. Overall the people are kind but culture is a viper's nest. I suggest strongly finding somewhere else to do business.”

Interestingly, the above review makes no mention of the reason this review was even posted. After placing 2 orders with us for outdoor furniture earlier in the year, we were asked to send levelers for the table bases purchased. The total amount spent on these levelers was $30.00 with $20 in FedEx shipping charges. After receiving the levelers, the customer contacted us and expressed his dissatisfaction saying he expected to receive SELF-LEVELING LEVELERS WITH SPRINTS. 1. We do not carry such levelers. 2. We would only sell parts that belong to the item previously purchased. 3. We did offer a $30 refund if the levelers were sent back to us. Clearly, the above review is no way a reflection on our company, hardworking people and overall superior customer experience we strive to provide with every interaction. It is unfortunate that someone would take their precious time to submit such a review.

“We walked into the showroom not knowing where to start but the staff really helped us figure out the best product for our restaurant decor and our budget. We really liked that it's a one stop shop where you can buy all the furniture for your restaurant and get it delivered all together.”

“We ordered outdoor patio furniture for several restaurant locations. Superior Seating recommended to ship everything to 1 location for cheaper consolidated freight. We were very happy with the service. Jane and Selma were wonderful! They helped us figure out the best furniture and how to best lay it out in our space. They provided great ideas and tips!”

“Selma was especially sensitive to my issue, as I'd placed a DOUBLE order - egads! She walked me through what we could do, and even placated me by telling me that this often happens, so I shouldn't "beat myself up"! Sending her hugs!”

“I was impressed with Superior Seating from the start. Going into this project I knew nothing about restaurant booths, or how to know what we needed. I quickly realized that Superior was superior to the other company I was talking with. The quick response to emails and help with details of measurements, etc. made me feel comfortable spending money on their products. We were creating a fun space for our Elementary Kids Ministry. The colors choices were a huge part of the project. And Superior Seating gave us samples and time to choose what ended up going perfectly with our other decor. We are pleased and the kids are over the mood about the grown-up but fun seating we've added. Thank you Superior Seating! First Pres Kids Ministry Amarillo, TX”

“This would be a 5 out of 5 except two things: 1. Communication about production status and shipping was sub-par. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on timeline, and most of them ended up being inaccurate. 2. There were a number of minor issues with the products themselves (which were otherwise awesome!). A. There were slight variations in chair leg lengths (which ostensibly they attempted to fix by trimming legs); and, B. The tabletop surfaces themselves had some blemishes that caused the paint to chip when rubbed with something as soft as a fingernail.”
