Delivery proved to be challenging as product was for condominium complex with no specific personnel on property to receive. Therefore call to management to narrow the three hour window to at least 20 minutes was asked on two occasions and not done costing the association additional shipping.

Hi, Nancy Thank you for your review. We go through a meticulous process of scheduling our deliveries. You were given a 3 hour window for delivery. Our driver waited 30 minutes for someone to come and accept the order. He was forced to leave the premises without unloading the order as the person responsible for receiving the order was not available. Unfortunately, in these situations, a re-delivery charge occurs. I bought five of the Al BLK-2424. When I put tops on them the tops jiggled around. I spent several days on the phone with customer service and sent videos showing the problem. I was told that the tops are just too heavy, but was not able or allowed to return the bases which are not fit for use. There’s nothing on the website, outlines weight for table tops. Customer service was polite, but it’s very disappointing that it took days to be told that I can’t fix the table bases and can’t return them

The quality of the booths were fantastic. My client ordered a two-tone booth. My only issue was that the booths were slightly different than the picture so make sure to confirm exact placement of the leathers etc. The client and myself are very happy regardless. :)

The product received is high quality. The communication regarding order status was non-existent, and the order was delivered 3 months after ordering vs. the 5 weeks I was told.

Beyond disappointed. We had orders booths for our restaurant in 2021. We decided to expand our booth seating area this year. I reached out to Superior and had them send me the invoice from our 2021 order to confirm I order the exact same booths that we currently have. Placed my order and they confirmed that they would match exactly. 6 weeks later we received them and they are NOT the same color. They are similar but definitely not the same and it is noticeable. It looks like they sent us the wrong color in 2021 but we had nothing to compare them to at the time and just assumed the website had a color variation. When trying to get them to make it right they basically blame me and said I should’ve sent them a picture of our current booths, yet never asked me to do that when I told them I want to make sure they match. They offer me a $500 refund for the “inconvenience” and refuse to do anything else to make it right. Now I’m stuck with several thousands of dollars worth of booths that don’t match. I would never work with them again due to their refusal to admit their mistake and fix it.

When placing an order, it is crucial for customers to review and approve all order details to ensure accuracy. Our records show that the order specified the booths' color "Paprika," which is what was delivered. While we strive to match previous orders exactly, it is up to the customer to confirm the details of the previously received orders including and not limited to providing appropriate photos, emails, etc. In addition, samples of the materials are provided free of charge and highly encouraged. It is also not unusual for someone else to have placed the order and made final decisions years ago - which is exactly what transpired in your case. We understand your frustration and since your agreed to keep the booths, we offered a $500 refund as a gesture of goodwill. Our goal is always to provide excellent service and high-quality products, and we are sorry that you are less than 100% satisfied.
