Amazing, accommodating, and timely customer service. Very high quality durable product with flawless customization. Comprehensive stock to chose from. On schedule production. Lots of attention considering we were a smaller customer. We could not be more pleased!

I've recently purchased an order from superior seating, and I wouldn't leave a five stars review if I got my order incorrectly. Customer service 9/10 (She answered my every single questions, even sometime she doesn't have the answer, she always call me back when she found out). Quality 10/10 (The table and chairs are absolutely fantastic, they are better than all other ones I got before from other companies, I been this business more then 8 yrs.). Price 9/10 (Price is definitely SUPERIOR, very hard to find a better price for the same product, there was only one I see that is little lower, but with much higher shipping fee). Shipping time 8/10 (From the date I placed my order to the date I received my order, total took 2 weeks. Little long for me, but when they said they will be here, they made it.) I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know that need to buy restaurant furniture, and I will definitely go for them if I ever need tables and chairs again. I placed 2 major orders with Superior this year. Received both, as ordered. Everything showed up on time, as promised. Flawlessly packaged. Not a scratch or imperfection in both orders. Quality of furniture is excellent. Would definitely use this company again.

This is the third time we have bought restaurant chairs in 13 years and this was by far our best experience. We ordered a sample chair and found the quality to be very good. Next we ordered 55 chairs and 22 matching barstools with custom vinyl colors. The color was exactly per the sample and the chairs arrived quicker than we anticipated (in a good way.) The company communicated throughout the entire process and the driver was excellent. I would caution that the company use an abundance of caution when shipping, so plan to have a small army on hand to remove packing materials. We would definitely recommend Superior Seating out of New Jersey and we will definitely shop there again for our next project.

Surprisingly quick delivery and very professional! I ordered 30 chairs and 12 bar stools and needed them ASAP. The products arrived exactly as pictured and were delivered days before they were even promised! Great value, Highly recommend!!! Would definitely shop with them again!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We bought and paid in full for the booths. The lead time was 4-6 weeks. No updates were provided during the construction (despite several inquiries). Finally at around the 5 week mark we were told that the booths were ready to ship and would go out the following week. Late the next week, having received no further information we reached out and were told they had a shortage of drivers, but it should go out the following week. They did not. Finally, in danger of missing our Grand Opening, we began making arrangements to have someone drive from Ohio to NJ to pick them up. In the end, we moved our Grand Opening and agreed to the normal shipping supposedly the following week. When we called the next week we were told that... wait for it... THE BOOTHS WERE NOT FINISHED! The vinyl was backordered and, in fact, they were not even done, despite having been told two weeks earlier they were ready to ship! We had to choose new vinyl and were promised delivery the following week. It's not over yet. When the freight company called to arrange delivery, we advised them that we needed liftgate service. No issue on the freight company's side. About 30 minutes later I get a call from these jokers looking for $75 for the liftgate! we spent $7000, got lied to repeatedly and moved our Grand Opening, but they now want our $75 before they can "Authorize the delivery." I told them that we deserved a refund for the issues we experienced and the person on the phone kept telling me that she would "not authorize the delivery" until I told her I was not going to expect any refund. Truly unbelievable. Basically she was telling me I was not allowed to feel that we deserved a refund. I explained to her that I can feel whatever I want and that they have no right to hold our items that we paid for. They lie, threaten and do not care about customer service once they have all your money up front! They do not compensate for your items coming WEEKS after they were supposed to and not as ordered (we had to select a different vinyl.) Run away and buy from another company that might actually value your business and not threaten to cancel your delivery over you mentioning that you think you are due a refund. If we ran our business like these people we wouldn't have a business anymore.

This was one of the worst experiences in my 5 years of being a set decorator in the film business. I was given mis information - I paid for the merchandise and then was told it would not be ready for 3 weeks via email - I was then given the wrong merchandise and the wrong quantity of items - every person in customer service said something different- completely unprofessional. The warehouse does not communicate with the sales office - you would think they would be interested in working with the television industry - NEVER AGAIN! do not use this vendor - they cannot be trusted . Does not even deserve 1 star

Absolutely terrible customer service from start to finish. Shipping was horrendous as well super late no communication and then got my order without eight table tops had to call three times to find out they were backordered a week later so have yet to hear anything called them back again she said she would check on it never got back with me...stay away...

I suggest to change Curb side delivery to door to door delivery. This would be much more convenient for the customer. Other than that, the furniture is great and we recommend it. Enrique

The chairs are great, and the delivery time was great. there should be a heads up that the driver is not able to unload the truck. It took me 1.5 hours to unload 35 boxes of 2 chairs all by myself.

I ordered a booth, waiting bench, and chairs from Superior Seating, and they turned out beautifully! Their customer service was excellent, and they answered all my questions and helped me order my custom products. They allowed me to send in the upholstery fabric I desired, and made each piece to meet my specifications. I am so happy with the end products!

Great experience with Superior Seating. It was a little strange buying a whole restaurant's worth of furniture without seeing and feeling it in person, but Jane did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions and pointing me in the right direction. She even did a video call with me from the warehouse so that I could see different items next to each other. I'm happy with the quality and give them an enthusiastic thumbs up.
