I recently had the pleasure of working with Superior Seating to furnish my restaurant, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Candie from customer service was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She was responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process. I ordered several black upholstered chairs, and while there was a minor issue with the shipment being delayed by a couple of days, Candie was on top of it and kept me updated the entire time. She even went the extra mile to ensure everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. Now, I’m enjoying my sleek, black upholstered chairs that not only look stunning but are incredibly comfortable for my guests. They’ve really elevated the vibe of my restaurant. What stands out is how Superior Seating handles any hiccups - they don’t leave you hanging, which is rare these days. I've already come back for more furniture pieces, and I know I'll continue to trust them for future needs. This company that truly understands what customer service should be, and they back it up with quality furniture that speaks for itself

Communication was severely lacking. Only heard from u for a review after the order shipped but got no communication as to how to track or when shipment was arriving. Still waiting to see how stools look. Will give review if you like once I get the product.

HI, Susan Thanks for taking the time to write this review. The order was placed online on August 10th. We do not see any previous communication with our sales team via a quote request nor other channels so it was a direct online order. The order was for CUSTOM fully upholstered bar stools. We shipped the order on August 28 and provided you the shipping details via email, similar communication as your order confirmation. The email contained the shipping details, including the shipper, date of shipment and tracking number. In addition, when you contacted us via email on August 21 for an update, we responded the same day, indicating that your order would be shipping in the next couple of weeks and that our custom orders have a 3-4 week lead time. We always welcome reviews from our customers that help us improve our customers’ experience. However, we felt that this review left out some important, factual information which may be helpful to other potential customers.

I love the staff at Superior! Jane was so helpful, thoughtful and really helped me make sure I ordered the correct booth arrangements. The booths are stunning as well. I will be ordering from them again. Per my client who received them they did say they wished it was a gate truck as it was difficult to lift the booths down. Other than that Superior is great in everyway. Simple fix to get a lift gate truck :)

Not a great overall experience. Paid for and was sold an item that was discontinued but wasn’t made aware until after the purchase. Was told to call back to confirm delivery eta, when I called back the other office person said my order was still being processed and that I’d get a call back. Never got a call back and order showed up the following day. Seemingly ALOT of miscommunication within the company, not what I expected for the $$$.

Dear Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Your order was placed on July 19, and after processing your order, we contacted you on July 23rd to let you know that one of the table sizes you ordered was not available. We are in the process of discontinuing the color of the table you ordered and did not have enough in this particular size to fill your order. You decided to switch to a different color table and the order was shipped as confirmed by our sales representative on the phone. You then received a phone call on August 1 informing you that your order is getting ready to ship and you confirmed you are ready to receive your order. On August 6 you received an email informing you that your order shipped, providing you with the tracking information. As you see from the above recap of your order details, we take quite a bit of time to make sure the customer is well informed and provide necessary information in a timely manner. All phone calls and emails are documented and stored for future reference. We hope you enjoy your new furniture.
