“Seats are great. Can't complain. Just be ready to wait if you go to pick up. And if you want to return seats that aren't even used, be ready not to be able to. Seems like you can't return chairs that are sitting in the warehouse. Even when they say they are custom ordered and can't be returned, I watched them pull my chairs from the warehouse to fullfill my order and they did nothing "custom" to make them non-returnable.”

Dear Steven, Thank you for your review. You have purchased 11 metal bar stools, of which 8 required a wood seat. The wood seats are “custom assembled” and can not be just pulled from the warehouse, as you described. The pick up location is our production factory and not a retail store – wait times are expected. Just so that its beneficial to customers that take the time to read our reviews, the minimum order is $1500 and custom orders are not subject to returns.
