“not Bad i could of given a four star but unfortunately i was a bit disappointed there could been better areas too work on like accepting payments while setting up direct debit, that was the only issue i had with them..coz it was not counted towards the score level...”

“Superloans Lower Hutt, has excellent Customer Service. The Team are extremely helpful, capable and friendly. The Team is able to work under pressure and deliver the results. The Team are knowledgeable about their service and the products they deal with. This review covers all staff from the Original Avalon Shop to the current Lower Hutt premises.”

“The customer services I have received on every occasion has been at the utmost professional level of courtesy and respect. The Lower Hutt branches treatment of my partner and I is one based on friendship and quite family based mutual respect , its good that staff know us on a first name basis instead of a number every time we visit. I've given many friends and family an insight of how genuine and helpful Super Loans has been to us over the years, especially tough times.Thank yous all for being there when we needed yous.Much respect.Kyle Purewa”
