“The procedure around applying for the loan is not at all stressful. They’re literally there when you need urgent help and it’s so much easier to deal with. The service too is too good. No judgment fast and efficient.”

“Hello Superloans!Towards the end of last year I pawned a few items at both the Basin Reserve and Lower Hutt stores, my first time dealing with you guys - staff were very professional and explained everything clearly to me. Your app is cool, and I had plenty of notifications when my goods were close to expiring.I don't fancy your rates but hey, that's business :yum:Just one thing about the notifications that confused me - is YES to extend a month, or pick up? Or is it NO.Hi Rick your drill has EXPIRED! Extend a month for $60 pick up for $440. Text YES & the date you'll be in or NO.Overall it was a good experience for me.cheersRick”
