“Five star all the way. Easy to use kit, clear and concise results charts, comprehensive literature showing how to choose alternative foods, friendly and helpful nutritionist telephone consultation, 7 day tailored meal plan with recipes to get you started. I felt it was great value for money. I had been suffering with severe bloating for years and within 48 hours of cutting out my highest intolerance foods the bloating stopped. An all round positive experience.”

“Couldn’t recommend more! Learnt so much about my body and felt great for the results. I put it off for ages and only regret not doing it sooner. Less bloat less spot breakouts and has done digestion wonders! I’m a semi pro level goalkeeper and found a good pre game meal hard to find, the results of my test has made it easy to find a meal to aid high levels of performance.”

“I have IBS and a range of food intolerances, so was very surprised when none of these was picked up by this test. It's possible that something went wrong in the lab and my result was a one-off. I complained to SupplyLife and the CEO contacted me and gave me a full refund. Another test was offered, which I declined.”

“The blood test has revealed a variety of food groups that are reacting with my digestive system, after 4 years of tests by the NHS all resulting in inconclusive results. I am now able to avoid the food groups that react with my body and am now seeing encouraging results. I have lost 2Kg in weight and my bloated feeling is much reduced.”

“Wish I’d done this sooner! Easy to do, quickly analysed and the report was clear. I had a very useful follow up call with the nutritionist and a detailed meal plan. I’ve already seen huge improvements in my symptoms, after many years of discomfort and putting up with it. Brilliant!”

“After battling with IBS for decades and not being taken seriously at my GP’s . Supply Life was recommended to me by a friend. Wow! It was a simple blood test carried out at home and sent through the post . It showed that I am Gluten and Dairy intolerant as well as many other common foods. I have completely changed my diet and I can honestly say my IBS as all but disappeared ! No more stomach cramps, bloating and frequent trips to the loo! I feel healthy , sleep better and have much more energy . My husband and daughter have also been tested and they are making changes to their diet for the better also . I cannot recommend this service enough ! Go try it for yourself! You won’t be disappointed .”

“After years of struggling with vague symptoms caused by food intolerances and trying everything like you name it FODMAPS I needed real answers!! This super easy at-home blood test I ordered online had the answers … cranberries (all those cranberries juices) as it turns out was a culprit to one of my many intolerances and it’s elimination has greatly benefited and improved my symptoms.”

“Having recently used the service of supply life, I have to say I have been very impressed. From initial purchase, my home kit arrived the following day. The test is quite easy to use and my results were delivered within the 7 days promised, with excellent communication from customer services whilst I waited. Since my results were delivered, having tested positive for quite a few intolerances including, Dairy, eggs and Wheat / gluten, this has meant quite a huge change to my diet and something I am currently navigating. Supply life have assisted with a meal plan to accommodate my new regime as well as ongoing support from a very lovely qualified nutritionalist, Jasmin who has followed up with me to check on how I am getting on with the changes. Sending messages of support and always on hand to answer any questions I have. The amount of foods tested is vast, over 200 and I have seen a significant difference since eliminating the foods I tested positive for. I am sleeping better, have much more energy, the bloating and upset tummy that I had daily was gone within 2 days. I finally feel like I’m in control of what’s happening with my body. It was so worth getting the test done. I would recommend it to anyone.. In fact I already am recommending to anyone who will listen! :)”
