“worst ever experience...I spent hours and hours sending emails, on phone support and chat support....the support team do not do anything to help with the issue. I have left several reviews on various sites about the appalling customer service experience I have been through, I even had a customer support agent reach out to me providing me with a email link to use....i tried to use it....it didn't work, unable to upload the information and had to reset the code provided every 15 minutes and try again...did this for over 2 hours..still unable to upload.
Despite explaining in full detail exactly what happened with my wallet and coinbase.com access due to my putting lock on wallet they keep giving me useless information. To summarize everything I am going through:
I can login to my wallet and to coinbase.app using my password etc
On the wallet, I can put funds in and thats all.
On the coinbase.app I can't do anything.

And that is the nightmare I have been experiencing for 14 days now....I desperately need this issue resolved as I need to see if someone has hacked my wallet, gained access to coinbase.com through it and taken all my coins out of it.
The wallet that had the eth stolen from it is not showing up when I look on the wallet extension app which is a worry, they informed me my wallet was frozen due to suspicious activity but have not told me what the activity was...I still don't know if the coin I have on coinbase.com is all gone or not...great one coinbase!
