This was a horrible company to rent from. We arrived on Christmas week to find that they have our car away. They scheduled our pick up time for before our plane even took off from our 7 hour flight! Absolutely ridiculous that they refused to give us a refund! What a horrible company. I will never rent from them again!

Employees were extremely rude and vague, place was sketchy, far from airport and scammed us; we bought a car and our flight was delayed so they cancelled it because it was past our 1 hour reservation time. Wouldn't give us our refund and turned away everyone else who had reservations.

Surprise car rental it’s the most badest place to rent a car , I went to pick up a car at one in Fort Lauderdale by the airport area the guy want me to use my personal car insurance and $500 deposit , afte that they decided to don’t give me the car may car not available then they keep my money at no refund the are a gang organized to rod people money.

if for any reason you come later than 2 hours, they consider it as a "no show" and won't provide any refund.

I returned to the agency on 09/28/24 in person and another attendant gave me several documents to contact the broker to refund the amount that was charged.
