“I used to get loads of surveys regularly, now I only get one every 6 weeks or so. I have sent a couple of emails to ask why and never really got to the bottom of it, so my score is average I am afraid. I loved to do these surveys, they were always very interesting, very disappointed that they don't come through as often as I'd like. If you could look in to it I would be very grateful.”
