“We only had a small order of notebooks, but the service we had was fantastic. We changed the style of the notebook and received new samples to check we were happy with the alternative cover. Great care was taken over the artwork approval of the embossing of our logo, along with a speedy delivery and a competitive price. Thank you David, Gemma and the rest of the team.”

“We ordered 500 pens from Sussex promotions, all with our logo printed on, and it was an easy experience all round. The delivery was extremely quick after confirmation of the order, and the pens were good quality with no problems at all with the print. A pleasure to work with. Thank you”

“I thought the service was exceptionally good from placing the order until receiving confirmation it was being processed. The only problem encountered was upon delivery as the box was very battered and had split I had to clean each mint card individually as they were very dirty.”

“I have to say, communications with Sussex were fantastic. Gemma Mackay, who dealt with my order, was an absolute star and a pleasure to deal with. Any delays were promptly advised and I was updated frequently. Once everything was approved for production, delivery was excellent, everything arriving within a ten day period, far quicker than I imagined. On the whole, a very pleasurable experience. “Thank you for requesting feedback. As always the recent service was prompt and very courteous. Sadly on this occasion part of our uniform order was supplied at a different size to what I had requested. Whilst I appreciate you requested your invoice to be signed off before production , unfortunately I missed the sizing error that Sussex promotions had made. I have written to see if you can assist resolve this but I am still awaiting a reply. I hope you can assist us with this error. Thank you in advance !”

“What a brilliant service Sussex Promotions provide! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful (despite me constantly changing my mind) - it was a real pleasure speaking to them. This is the third time I have used Sussex Promotions to provide t-shirts and bags for our Careers Fair and they have delivered the highest quality on every single occasion.
