“I love susukoshi materials, however the sizing is wayyyyy too small! And my baby is not even very big. He just turned 6 months, and he still fits in size 3-6 months clothings from other brands like Wilson and Frenchy, Uniqlo etc. I just bought him a whole lot of 6-12 months clothings from Susukoshi and was excited to have him wear them for at least a few months! BUT sadly, they are very tight! It's very disappointing and also such a waste of money!”

Hi Iona, Thank you so much for giving us the feedback. We have sizing chart for you to compare with the outfit you have on the web to help choosing the sizing, some people give us feedback the outfit is too big, and some said too small; so this really depends on baby size too as they are also very different. “I’m very disappointed with the service. I purchased something for a baby shower 10 days before it was to be gifted. The item was purchased not mentioning anything about a delay. It’s been three weeks and I still don’t have the item. I can comment on the item because it hasn’t arrived.”

Your order was placed on the 22nd Aug, your order was shipped on the 24th Aug, this means warehouse team has no delay on packing and lodging your order. “I absolutely love your pieces but I still haven’t received an order from well over 3 weeks ago. Understood auspost has a lot to do with it however I’ve made other purchases and these have come already 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“Buy these knotted gowns, you will not regret it! I cannot recommend them enough! They are my absolute favourite knotted gowns and I have tried pretty much every one on the market. They are such a cute and flattering fit on my baby, the fabric is so soft and thick, good quality, the colours are beautiful, a great fit on a newborn and it grows amazingly with your baby. They are a great length and then sort of open up a bit in the body so it gives my baby plenty of room to move around (some knotted gowns, when the baby gets a bit bigger, they seem to restrict their movement, but not these!) The arms are also the perfect length (I find so many baby clothes the arms are abnormally too long or short!) At first I hesitated to buy one because they are a little pricier, but seriously they are so so worth it! I then ordered two more, one for a gift! The company's customer service is amazing, they worked with me so well on a few things and were responsive to my queries. 10/10!!”

“I love this brand! I have bought so many gorgeous styles from here and I love the quality of the beautiful material. The speckled styles are my favourite! The beautiful Head Bands and swaddles are super luscious and stretchy! EXCELLENT customer service - I accidentally ordered something long sleeve when I wanted the short sleeve, I emailed them straight away and they fixed it before shipping out!”
