These relax Tanks are the best thing that I have bought in most of the colours and they are very comfortable to wear and flattering. Is it possible to get Black, Red, Yellow, Purple, Magenta, and other bright colours that haven't been out as yet. I purchased a jumper that was on sale, upon closer inspection i noticed it had a pull in the material. So i took it back last night and the girl that served me was the rudest person. I showed her the damage and straight she said pick another. I spent half an hour looking for something to exchange, finally found one that was lower than the original, she said that i had to buy another item and wanted me to spend more, when i finally explained to her , as a customer i have a right to a refund if the item is faulty, then she returned the balance. Very poor service, she did not know the proper refund rules. I will never shop there again.”

“Seriously frustrating I was just wanting to shop in Baulkham Hills store Friday 16th late afternoon when I was confronted by the staff member Theresa I think telling me the specials in shop, but then she started to tell me she is a hairdresser by trade. I just wanted to shop quietly and she really was pushy so I had to get out there, so I shopped online instead.”
“Staff member at Eastland ,Victoria, was extremely rude when returning jeans for an exchange as the zip clasp broke on first wear. Not even addressing me she was muttering under her breath that I probably didn’t even pay full price for them. Very rude. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that the jeans were faulty.”
“INCONSISTENT SIZING
I purchased a size 14 top from a Suzanne Grae store, then I purchased same style in a different colour online. When it arrived it had a Size 14 tag, but it was HUGE, so much bigger than the actual size 14 from the store.
Trying to return it was a nightmare, they make it really difficult to contact them, and once you've found a way to do that the customer service people don't seem to be familiar with Australian Consumer Law.
I ended up having to return it to a store, but could only exchange, not return, and I forfeited the postage cost.
I won't buy anything from Suzanne Grae online ever again”

“They have been selling short jeans at $50. I just bought a pair made in China. I did not need to shorten it; I am only 153 cm tall. Also after washing it twice in the washing machine, handwash cycles, first wash before wearing, the jeans came out a beautiful deep navy blue.
As well Suzanne Gray has a variety of cotton skivies, good winter colors, for those who like to wear something soft underneath dry-itchy woolens.”
