“- The cookies were pretty underwhelming for the price. They were just basic chocolate chip cookies that were too sweet, and they were very small. - Cookies got stale within 3 days while sealed in the bag. My guests were disappointed by this. - Shipping was fast.”

We're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with us. With our cookies, we use only all-natural ingredients and no preservatives, so they may not last as long as cookies with preservatives in them but they typically stay fresh for up to 5 days. The cookie packs should have been fine so we can understand why you'd be disappointed to find otherwise. “I use the sweet flour bake shop quite often for birthdays and thank you gifts 🎁 etc …. Always top notch and delicious and fabulous delivery service. I would highly recommend them always”

“I was extremely impressed with the order process and that I received a call because it was difficult to deliver my order on the date I requested. I was asked if it was ok to out later which would maintain freshness. My mother loved them and was happy to receive them. Thank you”

“Sent this for my fiance who does not have a sweet tooth, but yet managed to warm his heart. Cookies tasted excellent and delivered on time as committed. It was packed so well and the note was also neatly attached. Totally satisfied!”

“Received a box of ‘cookies’ as a gift on Canada Day - a few intact ones, some broken ones, and almost half a boxful of crumbs. I’ll never be a paying customer there.”

“I sent a box of cookies and brownies to my older brother who was retiring. He was so excited that he called me the minute he opened them. He called me again after he and his wife finished them up and he said he loved them, so nice job. I ordered them from the US and they made ordering very easy and seamless. Their follow-up was exemplary and very much appreciated. Thank you! P.S. My brother said he would be calling you to place at least one order very soon!”

“My first time ordering and while the the cookies were not for me, they were nicely packaged and looed really good. I did hear that they were absolutely delicious1 My only issue was not with Sweet Flour Bake but the courier company Purolator who delivered the cookies. They were to deliver on a certain day and only delivered the following day and I needed this for an event. While they said they attempted delivery on the correct date,found out that they did not attempt delivery only called before delivery from an an unknown number calling NOT Purolator, so I did not answer the phone thinking it's another telemarketer. That is a big problem and needs to be addressed because I know that I am not the only person who does not answer "unknown callers". If that is their method, they NEED to have their number come up as Purlotor not "unknown person" Regardless they should still have attempted delivery to my door because I was home.”

Hi Cristina, we certainly understand and empathize with your frustration. We use FedEx for shipping so that's who should have been contacting you if anyone; for us they have been the most reliable carrier but certainly have some issues from time to time as well. Typically during Covid they just leave the package in a safe place so we're surprised to hear that they called, but we totally understand your aversion to picking up an unknown call. Hopefully in the future this is something they address. Regardless, we appreciate the feedback and are happy to hear that the recipients enjoyed the cookies.

“I have used them a few times and the feedback I got from my family and friends is that their cupcakes and cookie cake is absolutely delicious! I will continue using them in the future. Whenever I have had a question regarding my order to delivery status they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company!”

“The customer service at Sweet Flour is impeccable. Not only was the staff quick to resolve my delivery issue (issue with Fedex, not Sweet Flour), they took full ownership. I've ordered from here many times and will continue to do so for all special deliveries!!”

“I sent boxes of 6 cookies each to three of my work colleagues in Toronto, Ajax and Midland. All of the packages arrived as scheduled and in great condition. My only negative comment would be that my friends didn't know the flavours of the cookies featured...they weren't marked anywhere. So, it was a bit of a guessing game for them. A delicious one...but they had to guess the flavours.”
