“Sent as a sympathy gift for a friend in Montreal. Delivery was bang on when it was supposed to be. She kept texting me how good the cookies were. Highly recommend.”

“I sent a box of 25 cookies to my sister for her birthday and she hasn’t stop talking about them for the past week. She updates me everyday on which flavour she has had. (She did freeze them and they are great once defrosted) The ordering process is very easy and quality outstanding. Now there is even more reason to send cookies with their Cookies and Milk Campaign. “Such unique ideas for celebration of any kind - they are beautiful and delicious and and so easy to send. You should have seen my son-in-law's eyes when he got his gift of cookies! He is a really nice guy but it was hard to get him to share!”

“I pre-ordered 2 weeks in advance for my friend’s birthday with the expectancy that the 2 weeks advance order will guarantee my order will be fulfilled. The idea is very unique - birthday cookie cake, so I went ahead and ordered and chose for it to be shipped. 3 days before the shipping date, I received a voice message and an email that the flavour I (pre) ordered is out of stock! I mean sure I appreciate the notifications and the item did arrive on the date of my friend’s birthday, but what a terrible management that a 2 weeks advanced pre-order was not able to be fullfilled? I would definitely understand if it was a last minute order but 2 weeks is more than enough time to spare one of that specific flavour which I asked or prepared it or plan for it properly. Poor management, great dessert idea but also not the best customer service either. I was planning to use the coupon sent for some % off for his wife’s birthday gift next month, but after this experience, no thanks. I’ll order from another bakery which is manager properly”

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us as it helps us to understand how we can better our customers' experiences. We're sorry that we weren't able to fulfill your order with your requested flavour, Chocolate Toffee Cappuccino. It's very rare that we discontinue a flavour, and so our management process was not as established as it should have been. When your order came in two weeks in advance, our inventory was high enough that we weren't concerned but the flavour sold out more quickly than we anticipated. As you pointed out, we should have reserved one as soon as you placed your order, so it is definitely a good learning lesson if we discontinue a flavour in the future. We're sorry we weren't able to fulfill your requested flavour but we hope your friend enjoyed the cookie cake they received. “Sweet Flour Bake Shop's cookies, bars, and cupcakes are AMAZING. My favorite item is the Fully Loaded Mixer - a unique assortment of cookie flavours. (The Midnight Affair is to die for!) Their baked goods are packaged beautifully, making a great gift, and their prompt and efficient shipping ensures that their baked goods arrive fresh and delicious. Best baked goods in the city!!”
