“I live out of town, was referred by my sister in law. I place an order 2-3 times/year. The bouquet is always outstanding with a longevity that thrills my mother in law.”

“Great service and response- I hadn't specified a delivery date in error and they emailed me immediately. Receiving a photo of the bouquet was a lovely touch and they were beautiful, fresh and creatively presented, looking very good value for money as well.”

“Having received two stunning and original/whimsical flower arrangements from Sweetpea's earlier this year, I knew they were just the designers to call on to place an order for a Christmas to my aunt & uncle! The arrangement was lovely ... relaxed and vibrant colour choices. And when I had a couple questions about Christmas delivery the staff & even the owner were most accommodating. Definitely my go-to florist from now on!”

“I live out of town, even in another province! So it's difficult for me to send my aunt a gift. She is over 80, and has been suffering with various ailments, including cancer; she has also enjoyed many birthdays. I can only say how delighted she has been, with the beautiful bouquets I have chosen, but also with the great delivery service! Thank you Sweetpeas, it's good to know I can count on you.”

“I have been using the skills and services of Sweetpea's staff exclusively for many years. I live a considerable distance outside of Toronto and the staff are wonderful in looking after my personal and family needs over the phone and electronically by sending me any invoices. Very recently they have started to send me a photo of the arrangement they are sending out on my behalf which is a terrific idea and certainly assists me in knowing what I am sending out. If they are unable to deliver into a certain area they have provided me with referrals to someone local that maintains the quality and selection they hold themselves to. The staff at Sweetpea's are considerate and understanding. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Sweetpea's for your floral needs. R.Brookes, Snow Valley, Ontario”

“is not my first time to order from you but this time i felt disappointed coz the flower was small and not pretty. And you should provide print card inside of writting .was for my friends store grand opening but the flowers wasn't special at all.”

Hi Winni, Every card and delivery envelope is handwritten by one of our staff. We feel that it adds a personal touch that wire-service shops aren't able to with their printed forms. Clear penmanship is something we require from anyone who applies and is part of their design test and interview process. We have attached a copy of the photo you provided to us. From what we can see, the writing is clear and legible. We are sorry the arrangement wasn't the style you were looking for. Jenna, our Floral Manager made the arrangement and I have spoken to her in regards to it. We followed the request and design instructions provided. When we looked at the other arrangements you sent photos of, it seems that you were looking for something that would have had a greater sense of grandeur. Had we been made aware of that, rather than it being a standard arrangement, we would have changed the design style accordingly. We always ask that, if a customer is unhappy with an arrangement, to contact us so we can work with them to find a solution. Had we known there was an issue, we would have been more than happy to help create something more in keeping with what you were looking for. “Unfortunately, the instruction for order was not followed at all.Furthermore, when I brought to the attention of your store in intiial stage, I was shut down by statements such as" flower arranger was one of the best!!" and or if I wanted a different arrangement, could not be delivered on requested date but the next day which it was out of question as the receiver was going away. It turned to big disappointment. I could have done much better anywhere else with $135.00”

Eghbal, With all due respect, we were back and forth and in constant communication with you during the entire order process. We have gone over this order with you repeatedly in regards to the timing of the delivery. You initially asked for 8am delivery, and the closest time we could do it for the busy holiday season was 11am. As far as the overall design, we sent the photo to you, as requested. You told us at 11pm the night before that you wanted us to change the flowers and vase. At that time, we simply did not have the opportunity to redo the arrangement and still make the requested delivery time. We gave you the option to have it delivered for later in the day, at which point we could redo the arrangement, but you insisted it be done for 11am. The recipient was not leaving the office until 2pm, which would have allowed us plenty of time to change the arrangement based on your feedback. These options were all provided for you at the time. The arrangement itself was contemporary and beautiful. We even posted it to our social media and received a great deal of compliments. We have tried to work with you to find a reasonable solution. We have been doing your Christmas arrangement for four years now and this is the first where there has been an issue. We understand that there are times when we reach an impasse with a customer and have to tell ourselves we did everything possible in a difficult situation. This seems to be the case here. “As a former owner of a flowershop in Alberta, I really appreciate the creativity of the staff at Sweepea's. My order is filled to my specifications and the customer service is simply awsome!!! Once the order is filled, I love that a picture is sent so I can actually see what the order looks like. The friendly voice on the end of the phone is also very much appreciated! “I regularly get flowers for my wife during special occasions and Sweetpea has always done a wonderful job of creating nice arrangements for my wife and delivering them on time. I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral just recently and they did a wonderful job with 3 different arrangements and getting them there on time. Thank you”

“Great personal service. I am an out of town customer who always needs flowers sent to friends and family in the GTA. Sweetpea's was a great find. The only negative feedback I have received is that the flowers don't last very long. Otherwise, creative and inventive.”

“The team at Sweetpea's is always so keen to make sure we get something amazing each time we order. The arrangements are original, beautiful, and unique - I know I won't see what I'd see elsewhere. Have used them since they opened and we wouldn't order from anyone else! Also, the vibe in the store is always so welcoming with a great card selection and products.”

“Beautiful flowers and prompt delivery. Just a small note... it would have been nice to have received either a text or a quick email to let me know that the flowers where delivered or the time they arrived at their destination. The only email I received was when they received the order and begun preparing the flowers. Luckily I did get a text from the recipient who told me they loved the flowers. The floral design was beautiful and I would definitely use Sweet Pea again.”

Hi Carol, Thank you, very much, for the kind words. We would love to offer a delivery confirmation to our customers. We use an external, family run delivery service, which currently doesn't have this option available; however over the last seven years we know and trust them to provide quality service, carefully handling our delicate arrangements. They are working to set up a new automated system, which is in the beta testing stages now. They should have it up and running by Spring 2017. We are just as eager as you are to see this up and working. In the meantime, if you ever have questions about your order, please, don't hesitate to call the shop. “Sweetpea's was able to ship two STUNNING bouquet's (one bridal style, the other super tropical) to my mom for her birthday. She was in love with them. I was pretty last minute with my order, and they took it on when 2 other shops turned me down. I simply gave them my price rage and the style I wanted, and they did the rest! Love these guys and will absolutely be using them again.”

“Mother loves the flower arrangement. Kept mentioning how lovely it is and how it is a lot of flowers with just a little bit of greenery. Which is perfect. Compared to other arrangements she has received from other florists over the years that were mostly greens and just a few flowers.”
