“The flowers were delivered the same day even though it was close to the deadline when I called. Our friend really liked the arrangement but the name on the card was wrong (Steve instead of Dave) so our friend didn't know who had sent him flowers! :)”

“Overall the ordering process was simple and straightforward which I appreciated. I have no way of knowing how the bouquet I ordered turned out though, as no photo was provided, and the flowers were going to an event that I did not attend. The website does say that a photo is not guaranteed, and is only provided if time permits. However, when choosing a bouquet that is "Designer's Choice" it would be nice to have a guarantee of a photo. I'm not sure if I would order from Sweetpea's again since I don't know how the flowers looked, or even what style they ended up being. I'd be much more willing to give them another try if I had seen the bouquet.”

“The website did something a bit wonky and the team at Sweetpea responded to my question immediately. The flowers were gorgeous and my sister loved them. Perfect!”

“Bought flowers for Valentine's Day. They were delivered to my girlfriend's workplace mid-afternoon and looked beautiful! Would definitely use Sweetpea's again, I only wish there was a way to track the delivery more closely (but I understand why this would be very challenging given the volume of deliveries on Valentine's Day).”

“I regularly get flowers for my wife during special occasions and Sweetpea has always done a wonderful job of creating nice arrangements for my wife and delivering them on time. I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral just recently and they did a wonderful job with 3 different arrangements and getting them there on time. Thank you”

“Great personal service. I am an out of town customer who always needs flowers sent to friends and family in the GTA. Sweetpea's was a great find. The only negative feedback I have received is that the flowers don't last very long. Otherwise, creative and inventive.”
