"A friend recommended SWEngines and I took his word for it -- I rank this among the top three worst decisions I have ever made, and I don't remember the other two. \r\nOne disaster after another. \r\nI completed my order 13 May, 2023. \u201cThank you for your recent order (Invoice # 417917) from SWEngines.com: 300-77240 2016 Nissan Frontier Engine 4.0L (VIN A, 4th digit, VQ40DE)\r\nWe truly value your business\u201d\r\n16 May I received a notification from them the order was being processed and will ship in 7-14 business days. \r\nOn 31 May, I received an apology for a \u201cslight delay\u201d. \r\nFinally shipping confirmation on 5 June. \r\nThen I get this on 7 June, \u201cSent paperwork to the warehouse to get this picked up and they loaded it onto the incorrect truck. Should have it back here in the next few days and then reship out to you, that transit time is 3-4 business days. You should receive this by next week.\u201d \r\nFollowed by more reassurances on 12 June, \u201cFirst and foremost, we want to apologize for having to send another email about a delay with your order. Rest assured, YOUR order is our top priority.\u201d \r\nThen on 19 June \u201cI see this was returned to the warehouse but not sure why they havent given me the ok to reship yet. Ill reach out to my contact in the morning and get this resolved.\u201d \r\n20 June \u201cI got it figured out, pushing this onto the truck today to head your way. Transit times are between 3-5 business days from my estimation.\u201d \r\nFINALLY the engine shows up 9 July. \r\nBut guess what \u2013 the engine oil cooler is busted as it sits on the shipping container. It is a +$400 OEM part that I find for just over $300 including tax and shipping. I figure no problem SWEngines has a warrantee program. Right? \u2013 \r\nOn 11 July, I requested that SWEngines simply pay for the replacement oil cooler part. I sent pictures and the invoice for the part from eBay. \r\nTheir response on 13 July was, \u201cPlease be informed that we will get the engine return. Please get the engine ready for pick up so that return label will be sent to you.\u201d I have to prepare the engine and pay to have it sent back to SWEngines and either request a refund \u2013 assuming they acknowledge responsibility \u2013 or pay to have a replacement shipped to me. What kind of a warrantee is that??\r\nI cannot count the number of times I called SWEngines trying to get help. I cannot count the number of times I was told the someone would get back to me and never once did."
