“The Austral Retractaway is excellent, was easy to instal and appears to be well made. The unit was despatched promptly, however the courier company failed to update their online tracking and the whereabouts of my order was unknown for a week. Ben at Swiftdry did his best to locate my order and was about to send a replacement unit when the original order was delivered.”

“5/5 Fast response - the washing line product arrived in very good time The washing line is not yet fitted but the line is just what I wanted but couldn't find at the big DIY stores locally.”
