“Arrived promptly, was easy enough to put together with two of us, and not difficult to attach to the clothesline - except our line was not square from itself being poorly put together. So we had to cut the old wire off, purchase new braided wire and reinstall that wire keeping the spokes square ... After all that, either the cover or the spokes of our line are rectangular! Bugger”

“I didn't find the instructions that easy, I'm afraid. I think it is presumed one knows how to loosen the lines and I did not realise (until I had lost one of the black rollers somewhere in the weeds) that once you had nucleated it the line WOULD pull and thought you had to take it out of the end.. I have made do with a metal bold holding the line in the end. Similarly, it does not seem to state if you should tighten the line with the roller in the lock or unlock position ( I presume unlocked) and it's hard to see how much line is left on the drum when you tighten when you are 8 meters away! Also, I repeatedly asked if I could use an existing Hills attachment to attach the bar to but didn't get a useful reply ( in the end I found you couldn't ). Too early to say how good the product is- ask me in 5 years but seems well made. My ratings are therefore based on ease of set-up.”

“Nice clothes line, I would have given 5/5 had it not been one of the brackets had pitting marks in the black pain. Other than that I am happy with the line”

“My order arrived very promptly, 2 or 3 days. It is awkward to install the line onto the wall because the nut is really close to the tensioning know so you need very specific tools. The instructions should say that you MUST tension the line once it is erected.”

“The ordering process resulting in a prompt delivery was faultless, we just installed it and have this comment. Ending up with tight lines is difficult due to the line composition being fibre as opposed to wire it stretches and it sags when sheets are dried on it. Another point is that it requires two people to drop it otherwise there is pressure on the lines, overall it is a great product and I would recommend it to others as a clothesline.”
