“Sold an item they didn't have in stock showing 2-3 working days delivery. It arrived 3 WEEKS later. Then I get 5 emails over a week asking me to review my order?! Such a disappointment, will NEVER purchase from them again”

“Hi SwiftDry We haven’t had our clothes line for very long…and we are sad that one line has already rusted off and fallen down. This is not what we expected. Can you please confirm what you would expect for longevity of the supplied lines? We have the steel lines with plastic coating... but they are not sealed at the ends so all have an element of rust at each end. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this. “This is my third Swiftdry Clothesline. The first one I bought many years ago - it has seen a great deal of use and now a couple of the lines have broken. I bought the smaller one a few years ago and is still used almost daily. My new larger line is now ready. I appreciate these very much - would not be without them. They are on my patio where they get the sun and breezes.”

“I was impressed with how simple ordering online was and the speedy shipment. I purchased the Austral Retractaway 40 (5 Lines, 40m), wall to post. The QR code/website is very helpful and installation is simple. I had to make a separate purchase of two galvanized coach bolts with four washers to fix the unit to the wall and a 'U' clamp to fix the line hook to the post. There are cheaper models than the Austral but I do not think they are as sturdy or look as nice. I am very happy with this purchase.”

“Prompt response and prompt delivery but what I bought wasn't appropriate for my needs. The galvanized clothesline wire is not suitable for a rotary hills hoist despite being described as suitable for all outdoor clotheslines.”
