Hello George K, As discussed on the phone just now it's very unfortunate and we're very sorry you didn't see the instructions in time before concreting the post too far into the ground resulting in your lines too low. “The clothesline was not despatched as arranged by emails and telephone twice. Waited days for its arrival, time that was allocated to install it, and on two occasions it hadn't been sent. Had to phone them several times to get the actual delivery of the order”

“Sold an item they didn't have in stock showing 2-3 working days delivery. It arrived 3 WEEKS later. Then I get 5 emails over a week asking me to review my order?! Such a disappointment, will NEVER purchase from them again”

“Hello, sadly I haven’t had a great experience with SwiftDry. It’s been five weeks tomorrow since I ordered and I still haven’t received my washing line and in-concrete sleeves. I have had to continuously chase and ask where the product is. On your website it states ‘next working day’ dispatch, which was one of the reasons I chose to buy from SwiftDry. I am really hoping the product is epic because the delivery certainly isn’t “swift”. Thank you.”

Hello Pamela, We are very sorry about your slow experience with us. It was a mix of bad timing because of holiday season and manufacturing overload, as you ordered on the 30th of December, and our company was closed for xmas break till the 11th Jan, and we had such a large demand from xmas orders, staff not back at work - we did not manage to dispatch your order till the 24th Jan, and then the courier took 9 days to deliver! Once again very sorry about your experience, we look forward to giving you fast service next time:)

“I still haven't received it. when I last looked it was in Whangarei. FYI I sent a parcel to my Mum in Scotland, UK and it took 10 days to arrive. So sorry I am not very happy.”

“The clothes line we have purchased it is absolute junk. Flimsy and as soon as you tighten the line it distorts out of shape, such that it won’t fold down properly. I would be embarrassed to sell such a poorly designed and made item.”
