“I received my in-ground sleeves relatively quickly (ordered 20 May) but I’m still waiting for the clothesline. It’s now 18 June!”

“Very slow delivery. Delivery time was 17 days for a product that was shown as in stock. No communication that delivery was delayed until I asked what was happening.”

“For the high price of the streamline you would not expect it to rust. This was installed 10 months ago and the plastic coated line rusted so bad it stained clothes. This was obviously a product fault the company knew about because it is now sold with nylon line. Rather than being proactive they waited until I complained and replaced the line without an acknowledgement at all. An over priced over rated product.”

“SwiftDry needs to sort out their online delivery system. We paid for a rural delivery of a colonial air dryer, and they sent it with NZ post who said it was too big to deliver to our address. After much faffing about, we had to drive 45 mins to collect the dryer from Whangarei. Perhaps should have been sent with a courier in the first place that can make rural deliveries.”

“We had problems with the delivery of our line. Although it finally arrived, we felt the lack of communication by the company was poor.”

“It serves the purpose but it seems a bit flimsy. The pulleys and cord are not robust enough when washing is loaded and so is heavy and awkward to haul up. Tension soon slackens on tbe lines. All in all a bit disappointing.”
