“We did have to buy a laminated post (cut in 2) and put these on the fence to get the height above the 1.8m fence. Also it will need rethreading as my first effort satarted in the wrong place therefore finished in the wrong place and although I thought it was very tight after the first washing the lines are quite sagging.”

“Happy with clothes line however I expected top quality as premium price. I bought some of the plastic pegs which are hopeless. They easily fall off the line.”

“the line seesm great so far. only been up a week but my wife loves it. i havent used it, 😂but it looks great. easy to put up , but it pays to read the instructions and watch the video. dont do the kiwi guys thing and read them afterwards when you stuffed it up. The only thing that wasnt great was hte communication when we made the order No confimation email No update on delivery time No tracking code or app we were about to call and ask if our order had been received. we thouht we had been scammed. turned out all good in the end.”

“The product is great. However I was somewhat dissapointed with the purchase process. Paid my money only to receive an email to say it is out of stock. Website showing in stock. I then had to wait 3 weeks for the product.”

“My existing outdoor rotary line could not be used because the washing would get covered in bird poo. So I was very happy to find this clothesline cover online.The purchase and delivery was fast and easy. It did require brute force to get the second rod into the corner pocket. The cover is very sturdy and works very well to keep the washing clean and protected from the rain. HOWEVER, it was not stated in the listing on TradeMe that the cover was not designed to be used in winds stronger than 20kph. This information was in the box itself. This is southern New Zealand! The wind would be that and more very often. If this limitation had of been in the listing I would not have bought it at all. So it remains to be seen if it will be destroyed during its first windy day. Taking the cover on and off as weather dictates, as the instruction leaflet advises, is just not an option- it's huge, unwieldy and tied on very securely at many points. I really hope that this does not prove to be a giant umbrella-sized waste of money. Please revise the information in your listing!”

“Clothesline so far has been good. I like the custom lengths which has fitted our space perfectly. The joiner doesn’t seem great at first but has held up fine. Cost of the posts are too expensive so mounted to our wooden fence.”

“We love the clothesline, however unfortunately we weren't too impressed with the experience. There was nothing online to say it would take over 3 months for delivery, we were expecting 2-5 day dispatch like the details showed.”

“The online purchase experience was easy. It seemed to take a long time to deliver the clothesline. The clothes line was easy to assemble and run the lines and mount on our wall. I put the top bolts at 1.83m above the ground which is OK for me at 1.7m and shorter people. The carrier deliverd the parcel to the hall next door instead of coming down the right of way. The parcel only weighed about 10kg.”

“Phoned requesting 4 or 5 mm clothes line cord. Was told it looked like 4mm cord, person on phone was goingvto follow up on diameter of cord and send requested size. As regards delivery, we received product in just over 24 hrs from purchase. (Could not ask for better service delivery time). I opened product for inspection. (Sadly it was only 3.5mm diameter). I'm realty hoping it will hold the weight of the washing as we have one 25m line along the boundary for drying washing. So a little disapointed as requested 4 or 5mm cord.”

“Online orders are very quick to process and deliver to other parts of NZ. Website very good, however I asked a question online and never received a reply. In the end, I worked it out myself but I had bought the same product before so I more or less knew what I was buying.”
