The swimsuit did not fit so I wanted to exchange it but it was going to cost $60.00 to return it. That is more than I paid for the suit.

When I got the swimmers I ordered, there was a rip/hole along one of the seams. I saw this before I wore it

If all my clothes and jeans are a size 16 to 18, why are your size 18 swimmers like a size 12 to 14. Going off the swimmers I should have purchased a size 22.

This swimwear does not give any support in the breast area, DD cup should support the breast but instead the brests are hang in down up to the waist, so embracing. I paid top dollars for swimware that I put it in the rubbish. I do not recommend this product.

I have had my new swimmers only 3 months and the material has perished terribly. I am most unsatisfied. I think I should get a full refund if I am to purchase from your company again.

My bathers still had a security tag attached. Not only did I have a delay in getting a response due to the time of year, your company only suggested to take it to a competitor store and 'ask' them to remove the tag. It was embarrassing and Felton a criminal doing it

Hi Teresa, we're so sorry to hear that your item arrived with the security tag still attached. We have protocols to ensure that this doesn't happen when packing orders, but unfortunately sometimes one slips through. The reason why we recommend heading to any store close to you is so that you can get the tag removed as quickly as possible and can use your swimwear, as opposed to having to post it back to us. 1 - Fault in product Did not sit right very dissatisfied and disappointed. I sent photos which clearly showed the fault then was asked to post back item for the manufacturer to decide if there was a fault. Not happy at all. I felt that if it was decided that there wasn’t a fault I would not get a exchange or credit. I would end up with nothing. Other two items were perfect fit, strong and durable fabric, very happy. I won’t buy from swimwear galore again because of this.

We always endeavor to ensure that products are shipped to the utmost standard and so completely understand your frustration. If unworn and tags are attached, we encourage you to return your item to us and we can immediately process a refund or exchange. If your product, however, has been worn and you believe that there is a manufacturing fault, we still encourage you to return the item so that we can assess whether or not there has been a fault. We will offer a full refund or exchange if we can recognize the fault, or alternatively, will return the product back to you if not. We hope this clears up any confusion on our policy regarding faulty items, and apologize deeply for any confusion.

We sent this back 15.12.21 wrong size to exchange it for a LARGE but it hasn't come back. The last tracking update was saying sitting in Mt Waverly depot as of 18.12.21? Still don't have an update since 18.12.21? Very fast from the original order to our address but very slow and poor if you return something.

I am really really really unhappy. You sent a towel with security tag I’m out of pocket $80 as had to buy another gift. You just sent me a voucher to return it to you too swap over. Not happy and I’ve not yet sent it back because I’m so busy. You skills have offered a full refund or discount or credit note

I was going to return swimsuit as color wasn’t good for me but post office said cost to return was $72.00 from the USA! U have to be kidding me! That isn’t right!
