Yay Kate! We're so glad we could make the process so easy for you :) Unfortunately Australia Post is experiencing significant delays so it may take up to 3 weeks before we receive your return. But we will then process it within 3-5 business days and make sure your refund is processed as soon as possible xx

Hey there! We're so sorry that it's taking a while to receive your return. Australia Post is unfortunately having significant delays and sometimes it is taking up to 3 weeks to even receive returns. We will then process this within 3-5 business days.
