“I have used Swimwear galore on a number of occasions to purchase swimwear. Great service, friendly and helpful staff over the phone. Great delivery service. I have returned one swimsuit in the past after receiving the product it didn't fit my body shape, prompt return service. I would recommend this family owned business.”

“Thank you for stocking swimwear for those of us that have a lot of factors to consider :) Size 10 with a DD, chlorine resistant and an underwire certainly isn't an easy find but I am ALWAYS happy with the service in store and online :)”

“Such a quick service!! 2 days to NZ :) my daughter loves them & was able to wear 1 of them to her next race and got so many compliments not only with the ones she had one but also the other pair that was in her bag! Will definatley be looking at this site again for her next pairs!!! :)”

“Lots of swimmers to choose from ! Very good service with speedy delivery. Found the return section a bit funny to fill out , had to ring reception for the returns to go through! Loved the free returns through the post .”

Hi Mary! Thanks so much for the great feedback. You shouldn't need to call us for your returns process unless there was a potential issue, so we apologise for that inconvenience. Our usual process is as such: Once your return/exchange is received it will be processed within 3-5 business days. We usually notice that it'll take 1-3 business days for funds to appear in your account from that date :) xx

“Very nice quality- the sizing is a bit off - I took a small top based on my measurements but find it slightly tighter than I might have bought if I’d been in a shop trying it on. However, perhaps swimwear is meant to be tighter so it doesn’t float off when you’re diving. Still happy with my purchase.”

Thanks for the great feedback! We're sorry to hear that the sizing wasn't quite right :( Unfortunately this does flucuate at times depending on the brand, but it is true that the sizing can be a little smaller to ensure practicality when swimming xx Although of course if you're not happy with your order, we do offer free and easy returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase, and would love to help you find something better suited xx

“I wanted some bathers for "lap swimming" in the morning. These are perfect! they are a great fit, very comfortable and dry quickly. I even think even though they are plain black bathers they look good”
