I love the style and comfort of the bathers, but disappointed in how quickly the colours fade.

Love my bathers but on holidays now and the underwire has popped out very annoying and very disappointing

I have checked on your returned parcel it was just delivered to us today. Once we receive a return it will take us up to 1-3 business days to unpack and process your return. I was happy with my second purchase but still waiting for my refund on the swimming costume and it’s been nearly 2 weeks since I returned them.

I have recently bought Cabana Cross front bra & Retro high waisted pants, they fit accordingly. This is the 2nd pair of Sea Level swimmers I have bought. On the 1st pair of Sea Level swimmers after 6 months; The metal bra adjusters on the straps have rusted, making it hard to adjust the straps.

We have passed your feedback onto the Sea Level brand for product/ design feedback. As with anything metal hardware, it is very important to wash out your swimwear to remove all chemicals and salt from the garment. This will help to prevent the metal fixtures from rusting. xx

I bought a size 14 but didn’t realise that cup size was DD-E . A bit big !

Thanks for the feedback Gemma. Yes, unfortunately, this particular style is cup fitting and best suited to sizes DD-E. In the future, you can always check the product description, where we state which cup size is best suited! Although, we also offer free and easy returns and exchanges, so would be more than happy to rectify this for you xx

I love the straw hat I bought, but was disappointed with the way it was packaged, sent in a plastic bag. The hat now has creases in it. I would have expected it to be packed in a box for shipping.

I asked your chat what size I would be and they said l/XL . It is to big but it’s ok. My delivery took ages as it went to Tasmania, I live in Sydney

Site could feature more photo of product and pricing is more than excessive. Swimwear arrived and fitted perfectly EXCEPT all the extra material in the bust area- not in proportion to the fitted foam cups that did fit me and sagged badly. Not impressed and returning product.😔

Disappointed that the elastic around the legs have deteriorated. The body of the swimmers are still very good. Took the swimming costume to a dressmaker and she said because of the sticky rubber it is diifficult/impossible to repair. This should not be the case. Advertising states that the garment is protected against chlorine. !! This is not true. How long am I expected to have a swimming costume made by Swimwear Galore before throwing it out because of this situation. I use my swimmers, in a pool about twice a month. Regards Ann Davies

The order was filled and arrived before the expected date. The product was terrible (as per review below), which is why the lower score.

Unfortunately the zipper was faulty, otherwise great fit and I'm looking forward to my replacement arriving soon.
