Hi Team, I have always bought from you given your products are always in good condition. However, with my recent purchase I have to have it exchange due to size. It was sent back to an old address and now I’m waiting for Aus post to redirect delivery. Fortunately, I have updated the delivery address before it was delivered. Still waiting for it to be delivered. If I may suggest, you might want to add return address on your return form. Since my expectation was it should be returned to the address the initial delivery was sent.

Sizing misleading. Ordered a size 16 in a brand I often wear. It was too small.

The hat purchased was squashed at the front, still trying to get hat into correct shape.

The swimwear I bought did not fit at all. I’ve previously bought swimwear of the same size which fit perfectly so I was extremely disappointed.

The website wasn't clear to me or the order process that this company was located in Australia and that I would be responsible for shipping returns back to Australia from the US. The return would cost nearly 3x the cost of the swimwear. The customer service department was quick to confirm that they do not pay for returns. I am stuck with swimsuits that don't fit and I don't like or want and will unfortunately, go brand new into land-fill. I will not order from this company again. I would have not ordered had the website been crystal clear that all returns needed to go back to Australia.

The staff were pleasant enough but I had to approach a group of them to ask for assistance as they were busy talking amongst themselves when I entered. I was asked if I needed assistance in the change room after I had finished trying things on. When I had made my decision to purchase, I had to approach a team member that seemed annoyed that she had to stop merchandising.

Hardly any nice styles or appropriate sizes for me in store. Bought online but had to return due to sizing issue. Very expensive too.

Swimmers that arrived were different colour to the one in the picture. They were the same pattern but fluorescent colour rather than the colours presented in the pictures. I much prefer the colours in the picture to what arrived.

The bottoms that I bought are not as high waisted as I had expected them to be based on the photos on the website. Also, the seam on the top that sits at the top of my chest rolls outwards over itself, so you can see the lining. So I am not particularly happy with my purchase especially considering the price.

Quick service and delivery but not a reliable source for purchasing swimwear online. Some swimwear is great when you try it on but as soon as it gets wet it doesn’t look or perform well. Unfortunately by then you’ve done your dash for exchanges and refunds. There are no exceptions to their rules for exchange. Disappointing. Better to try on in a store and get advice there.

The clothing is very high quality but the sizing was not correct for me. I have returned the bather top worth $134 but have not heard anything so am still hoping I get my refund.

Disappointed that the bikini top I purchased did not match the item pictured online. Different neckline, different clasp at back. Granted there is an exchange policy, however this is beside the point. The item sent should be an exact match of the pictured item, considering the item number matched, confirming the correct item was sent. It takes the trust out of online shopping if this is not the case. Based on this experience I’m not sure if I’ll shop online with Swimwear Galore again in the future.
