“I ordered and received the swimwear promptly. I was very happy with my choice but realised that I needed the larger size. I followed the instructions to access the free return service requesting exchange to the next size up. So far so good. But instead of receiving the replacement I was told that my reimbursement was in progress. Did they not read my instructions or do I need to reorder?? I look forward to hearing”
