“The colours of some items on the app were a lot brighter than in real life, and the patterns were slightly different. However, all orders arrived quickly and the returns and refunds process was super easy.”

“Fast efficient service, easy to use web site. External Packaging could be more environmentally friendly, but I am reusing the bag the rash vest came in as a reusable wet bather bag. Thanks”

Hi Lisa, thanks for the great review! Yes, we love that you reuse your bag as that is exactly what we intended it for (to keep your wet swimwear separate from other items). Of course, we're always looking at ways to improve our sustainability, and part of this is new eco-friendly packaging coming very soon! (great minds think alike) xx

“Both tankinis purchased were of good quality and well fitting. However, one did have a make-up mark on the internal fabric lining. This one was a sale item but mark was nit declared online. I will keep both items and hope the mark ( from someone else?) washes out.”

Hi Tracy, we're so sorry that your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately sometimes when another customer tries on and returns a product this can happen. A makeup mark should easily come out in the wash, however, if you're not 100% happy with your purchase we do offer free and easy returns and exchanges. Thanks so much for your feedback.

“Swimwear Galore is great. I receive orders faster than other place. Only issue was last order was not what was shown in the picture on the website. Other than that I have never had any issues.”

“Arrived super fast which was great and the swimwear is great quality. Only problem I had was that the shampoo I had ordered leaked all over my swimwear. Easily fixed, just a bit annoying that I lost some product”

“I love the bikini top I got. I have a large cup size so often tops are too lose around my ribs and or small across my chest. The top I got is adjustable around the ribs as well as the straps which is so helpful. It doesn’t look like a bra either which I prefer.”
