“Went to your Malvern store to buy a rash vest. Asked staff for a different size - she said there's one on the rack - didn't offer to help me look for it initially. Finally she looked, briefly, couldn't find so told me 'go home and order it online" This incurs a delivery fee - so very poor customer service. Weeks later went back in case it had been found - no got told one at the Mentone store but they couldn't transfer it. I did a click and collect - the Mentone staff took ages looking for it. Told me 'if we can't find it, we can't find it' !! I waited, and eventually, they did find it - under the counter, but something had gone awry with the system. Both stores had way below par customer service experiences. The staff at both stores seem grumpy and unhelpful. You have a great range of products - but given these experiences, I probably won't be back”

“I bought the Premium Surf Zip Suntop in blue. It is quite a heavy material, and I went for the large (I'm usually a size 12), because I didn't want it to be too tight. It is a bit too big (in particular, the length), but it's still fine (although the medium would probably have been fine too). Gives good coverage and I like the colour - a light sky blue.”
