“Purchased two summer sun smart hats, but extra tax on top of purchase price and postage wasn’t explained when buy button was displayed. Why?”

Thanks so much for your valuable feedback. The prices listed on our website display all products including tax. When you are at the check out page the total order value is broken down into the subtotal, delivery and tax included in the order. I am sorry for the confusion that this has caused.

Thanks so much for your feedback Jennifer. We are still a small company and are unable to shoot all of the images our self inhouse so we are at the mercy of the individual brands images at times. The images that we do shoot ourselves we go out of our way to find a diverse and inclusive array model in sizes, cup sizes and ages. At Swimwear Galore we believe every body is different, and every body is beautiful and we want to ensure that all women feel empowered to rock what they've got in our swimwear. xx

“I was very disappointed when I ordered a second pair Poolproof swimwear online that the polyester material has changed to a very flimsy see through material I drove to Fitzroy store for a refund I had a further look on the rack of Poolproof bathers, it was very overwhelming to find anything on the rack,messy either very small or very large,received my refund and left.I have since ordered the same design Poolproof because the material is strong, not sheer”
