“My bathers still had a security tag attached. Not only did I have a delay in getting a response due to the time of year, your company only suggested to take it to a competitor store and 'ask' them to remove the tag. It was embarrassing and Felton a criminal doing it”

Hi Teresa, we're so sorry to hear that your item arrived with the security tag still attached. We have protocols to ensure that this doesn't happen when packing orders, but unfortunately sometimes one slips through. The reason why we recommend heading to any store close to you is so that you can get the tag removed as quickly as possible and can use your swimwear, as opposed to having to post it back to us. With your receipt, this would never be seen as theft :) xx Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and wish you all the best xx
