“Lovely swimsuit, but I hate the straps at the back. They come undone so easily when your putting the bathers on, which is annoying. The strap should be sewn onto the bather directly, no metal hook required. Otherwise, pleased with them.”

“This was a great shopping experience. Clear photos of the front and back views were accompanied by helpful information. I placed my order on a Tuesday and the article arrived at my door three days later at the busiest time of the year! Your confirmation emails were fun and encouraging. You've tried to think of everything. I especially appreciated the clear instructions for returning the article if needed.”

“The swim top and bottoms I purchased are exceedingly small for my 6 year old grandson and will have to be used for a smaller sibling. I am sure there must have been an error made in labelling because they are tiny compared to previous smaller sizes purchased from you. Because I removed the label I cannot return them.”

Hi Linda, we are so sorry that the swim top and bottoms weren't quite the right fit. Sizing may differ slightly depending on the brand, which is why we always advise checking the sizing chart whenever ordering, as well as trying the product on before removing the tags. Although we are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and will pass this incredibly valuable feedback on to our buying team! xx Thank you for your understanding!

“What a great experience it was to attend the Malvern shop and be assisted by the lovely girl there. I had purchased 2 suits online and needed to return them for exchange/refund and the assistant was fabulous and helped me find more suitable styles to suit my 56 year old body. I have told many friends in my situation to do themselves a favour and go to Swimwear Galore!!”

“I recently bought a hat for my girlfriend’s birthday. She is very happy with it. Before that I bought a one piece with short sleeves. It’s great. It’s not anyone else’s fault that I have no bottom and have to yank it down at the back regularly.”
