The advertised product was out of stock but Swimwear Galore allowed me to order it anyway then notified me a few days later that it was unavailable. Really poor form but as it turned out, I was able to find the same product direct from the designer/manufacturer for $40 less including postage. This tells me Swimwear Galore and over pricing products by a major amount. I am sorry now that I gave my daughter a voucher because she could do much better at any other shop.

We are so sorry for the glitch on our website that allowed you to place an order of an out of stock item. This is extremely inconvenient for you and we do apologies. If you ever find a product cheaper on another website we are able to price match. We try our best to be competitive with our pricing.

Went to your Malvern store to buy a rash vest. Asked staff for a different size - she said there's one on the rack - didn't offer to help me look for it initially. Finally she looked, briefly, couldn't find so told me 'go home and order it online" This incurs a delivery fee - so very poor customer service. Weeks later went back in case it had been found - no got told one at the Mentone store but they couldn't transfer it. I did a click and collect - the Mentone staff took ages looking for it. Told me 'if we can't find it, we can't find it' !! I waited, and eventually, they did find it - under the counter, but something had gone awry with the system. Both stores had way below par customer service experiences. The staff at both stores seem grumpy and unhelpful. You have a great range of products - but given these experiences, I probably won't be back

Shipping time took too long for supposedly express shipping at $10 (6 business days). Next time I would just get the product from another place that ships quicker.

Thanks for the feedback! Once your order has been placed it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. All parcels are sent via express post which usually takes 1-3 business days for deliver within metro areas after dispatch. I bought three pieces and found the sizing and quality a bit off. The white Summer dress was thin like toilet paper and smaller than normal size. The boys swim rash was also smaller sized than stated. The women’s back swimmers were ok. I wouldn’t purchase from this site again.

Wasn’t even packed for dispatch for 3 days. Paid for express post (the only option), and took over a week from ordering.

Hi Melissa, thank you for your valuable feedback. We do try to state as clearly as possible in our shipping policy to allow 1-3 business days for ordering and dispatch. Whilst we do understand your frustration, we aim to provide express shipping to ensure that all of our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. We do offer free express shipping on all AUS orders over $100 as well.

Quality is great but first order was not as it looks online also I am a 12-14 so I ordered a 14 way to tight so I returned the item which was not a problem I then bought a different style which was black and white on line and I ordered a size 16 with the hope it would be a fit, alas it was not white and black but a beige and black and even the 16 was still too tight. So for the price you pay for the item you would expect it to be right. Won’t be buying from them again.

Despite being express post - I still haven't received my order which means I have no bathers for holiday. While the problem is with Aus Post - I feel that more could be done to follow up where it is, and potentially sorting out a replacement delivery,

I havnt received my refund yet and the sizing on the costume was completely wrong. A warning on the website should be made.

While I really like the tankini top and the fit is good, the item arrived dirty with fake tan stains and lipstick on the lining. I don’t think this is acceptable but I couldn’t be bothered sending it back for an exchange. I also think that better quality control is needed to make sure this sort of thing doesn’t happen. The fake tan stain has not completely gone even after several washes 😖. I don’t think I have the confidence in the business to purchase from them in the future.

As a business and the available offerings and ranges, swimwear galore are amazing. However the bathers I ordered on this occasion had to returned as they just didn't fit me as I would have liked. Swimwear galore are great to deal with. Returns aren't a problem. I'm sure I'll find the right fitting swimsuit eventually.

Unfortunately for me my swimwear was sent to my street address in a different state. I have tried to notify the address they sent to but I have had no response. How do I rectify this?

Swimsuit did not suit mes so had to return and as there was no return barcode included post office charged for postage it has now been three weeks and I have heard nothing and no refund.

Thanks so much for your feedback Jennifer. We are still a small company and are unable to shoot all of the images our self inhouse so we are at the mercy of the individual brands images at times. The images that we do shoot ourselves we go out of our way to find a diverse and inclusive array model in sizes, cup sizes and ages. At Swimwear Galore we believe every body is different, and every body is beautiful and we want to ensure that all women feel empowered to rock what they've got in our swimwear. xx

I ordered and received the swimwear promptly. I was very happy with my choice but realised that I needed the larger size. I followed the instructions to access the free return service requesting exchange to the next size up. So far so good. But instead of receiving the replacement I was told that my reimbursement was in progress. Did they not read my instructions or do I need to reorder?? I look forward to hearing

I am normally a size 14 or 16 so I measured myself & used your sizing details & ordered a size 16. Unfortunately the size 16 pair of bathers I received were too small. Your sizing details are not accurate. It is a pity as a really liked the look of the bathers. I had to return the bathers for a refund as you didn’t have a larger size.
