“I was really impressed with their help, the company which provides the claim wasn't very helpful and tried to get out of paying out the amount we were entitled to, however after my husband explained to our local swinton (Cannock) they insisted the policy we pay for was what we should claim.”

“well i just recentley moved from upstairs apartment to downstairs apartment.exactley the same just changed the number of the apartment. it was same address and postcode and was charged 25 pounds.up for renewal in april. will not be renewing with them

“Had no reason to contact Swinton fortunately no claim made. I purchased insurance online and requested documents to be sent to me. Never arrived so had to go in office and get them myself. Having said that, I will renew with them again this year if price is right.”
“Customer service was rubbish. The policy was easy to sign up to but Swinton make it almost impossible to leave then once the documents are signed. There are a lot of hidden clause in the fine print so please read carefully before buying the policy.
When I sold my car and tried to cancel the policy was told I needed to pay all the cost of the insurance even if I don't have the car. Swinton refused to give me my no claims bonus so I was forced to continue the policy with them. They don't explain things clearly and I would not recommend them.”

“i brought a different car swinton do not insure 2 cars.so took up insurance with another company.i then sold my car and cancelled insurance with swinton.had payed the year up front.the insurance lasted 5months i got nothing back and they actually said i owe them 94pence.i will never take insurance out with them again.”
