“Have changed addresses and cars a couple of times since starting my policy and they have charged me an extra 30 to 60 pounds every time , will not be renewing my insurance with them come September.”

“Swindon said they had not received my proof of no claims bonus in the stated time but I had sent it. They cancelled my policy and penalised me £75 if I did not take out a second insurance with them. After much arguing I took out the second policy as I could not afford to lose £75. This policy was much more expensive than the original one as they do not to give cheaper insurance to people who had their policy cancelled although they were the ones who cancelled the policy (unfairly) that day. The people on the phone were arrogant, rude and totally uncaring. They did not listen to what I had to say. They were prepared to leave me with no insurance and also penalise me severely in the process. They also take out £2:10 out my account each month and I cannot establish what that is for. Needless to say I would NOT recommend Swinton insurance. I am still insured with them as I cannot afford to change to another company.”
