“I recorded the transaction. It showed my having 11900 pounds in profit and showed the screen receipt for 6000 pounds so i pressed confirm and they only gave me 150 pounds. I complained and they claim that the price fluctuated. I recorded the whole transaction for 5 mins and there was no fluctuation on my screen. They sent me their internal screens, (different from the users screen ) and it showed a different price, but thus was not shown to the user and could easily be manipulated.
