“Invaluable tool in a troubled land of utility suppliers filled with liars and scams. Especially Eir. Thieves and liars. Faulty equipment and accusatory staff that get very upset if you call them on a lie and even when they admit they are at fault will not apologise.”

“Very easy to use and very clear breakdown of savings, etc. Quick response from service providers when you enter your details on switcher.ie Only improvement I'd recommend is that when it shows you how much you'd save, it doesn't include any introductory offers like cash back. Might be worthwhile introducing 2 columns showing basic savings & Total savings when consider offers.”

“when I switched from Vodafone to Pure telecom, Vodafone charged me an extra months rental because they said i did not give them a months notice. It was not me that gave them the notice but Pure telecom, they only gave them 2 weeks notice. it eliminated any saving by switching.”
