“Pleasant experience but switched to Vodafone and their customer service is appalling. It takes too long and trying to monitor usage and get account numbers is very difficult.”

“I used Switcher to price check Broadband and found it to be excellent. It didn't occour to me that I could get independent advice on the various options available to customers. Not only did it show me the best packages available, the actual providers called me to explain the options in more detail and helped me make the switch seamlessly!!! Very good, saved circa €360 per year and got a much better package all round.”

“I switched from Pure telecom to Eir for broadband. The quote from Eir was Euro 24.99 per month. An email arrived and the bill was,Euro 26.99 +Euro 49.99 special cost, not mentioned in initial quote, and agreed to be waived when I rang Eir, but it's still on the bill. Both Pure and Eir charged me in same month, and neither were easy to contact, and in fact Eir are impossible to contact by telephone. So I a. Not certain if I will make any savings but certainly got frustrated by this whole process, and it absorbed huge time.”

“The switch went smoothly and the only issue I have right now is that when I check my download speed the highest reading I get is 20mb per second.Occadionally the tv pics freeze momentarily.”
