Heard nothing for a while. Contact you again and was told you don't do this for Virgin customers. I contacted Virgin and cancelled my contact. Because this had not been done when I when with TalkTalk through you I not have two internet providers untill the ned of the month !!!!”
“Got a call from consumer choices for a deal for taltalk. Person over the phone lied and messed up my whole package. Had to be on call with talktalk for roughly 6 hours to cancel the plan. Waste of time and money.”
