I ordered a vanity table but then changed my mind and cancelled it before it had been dispatched. I was advised that this was no problem and that I would recieve a refund in 5-10 days. It has been 7 weeks and despite regular assurances that it has been processed I have yet to receive any refund.

Avoid at all costs, save your money and stress levels, furniture damaged, then faulty, then they don't refund your money when they say they will. Wish I'd never ordered from them!
